Director’s Vision

Creating a safe space for clients to succeed.

My vision for Heroes Allied Health is not to be the biggest provider.  It’s to be the allied health provider that empowers people living with the impacts of disabilities or chronic health conditions to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.  I want to make a difference.

My vision for Heroes Allied Health is to create an allied health service provider like no other.
An allied health service that truly cares.
One, that provides excellent clinical services for those that need it.

Empowering our staff, empowers our clients.

Equally important to me, is to provide a safe and supportive
workplace where people enjoy coming to work and where they can thrive. Empowering my team is really important to me and at Heroes, we achieve this by focussing on great communication, extensive clinical support, mentoring and ongoing training. I know that to have a team that delivers exceptional outcome to clients I need to create an environment where my team feels safe, highly valued and trusted.

The goal is to foster a fun and inclusive work environment.

The Heroes Allied Health team do not work in isolation.

We work as a multidisciplinary team with weekly case conferences where we discuss cases and help each other to provide excellent clinical services. I believe that by working as a team we can learn from each other, support each other and overcome challenges by viewing problems from different perspectives.  This ensures that we are constantly learning and growing.  The best results come from taking a collaborative approach and working with all health providers and a client’s support network. In doing so, we can expand our thinking to provide clients with exceptional service to improve their functional outcomes and enhance their wellbeing.

If your vision aligns with ours, we’d love to hear from you.  Send your expression of interest here
