Assistance and consultation can also be provided to family members and treating clinicians or doctors as necessary.

People who experience difficulties swallowing food and drink safely can also be helped by a Speech Therapist.

Additionally, Speech Therapists provide augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems for individuals with severe expressive and/or language comprehension disorders, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder or progressive neurological disorders.

We are predominantly community-based and work with you in your home.

Whilst Heroes Allied Health clinicians provide mostly in-home services, therapy rooms are also available in the Noosa office and limited Telehealth services are an option in certain circumstances.

We service the Sunshine Coast region from Caloundra to Gympie and Bundaberg.
